We design for the hours after the reservation and the years after the renovation. Hospitality is where ORÉA COLLECTIVE leads — restaurants, bars, and dining rooms across New York — alongside a small number of private residences; rooms composed in proportion, material, and light, built to outlast their photographs.

Taken on selectively. Full-floor apartments and family homes, planned in the order of light and lived in without instruction manuals.
